The Diversion Control Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration is pleased to present a webinar covering CMEA registration and recordkeeping requirements. This Act primarily affects persons selling products containing the List I chemicals ephedrine, pseudoephedrine and phenylpropanolamine. Please see Agenda.
There is no registration fee for this event. Capacity is limited to the first 3,000 attendees.
The speaker will provide information regarding the following:
- A review of the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act
- A review of registration requirements to include training and self-certification
- A review of recordkeeping requirements to include maintaining a logbook, displaying of warning notices, reporting suspicious orders, and reporting thefts and losses
- A review of common inspection findings
